How It Works
Donated Phones

Processed by the Buybackstore
The donated phones are sent to the Buyback Store, where they undergo a thorough cleaning and inspection process. Technicians ensure that each phone is in good working condition, ready to be paired with new service and distributed to veterans.
AFNET Service
CPFS partners with AFNET to provide reliable mobile service on the refurbished phones. This step ensures that each phone has a functional and active service plan, allowing veterans to make calls, send messages, and access the internet.
Veteran Phone Application
Veterans interested in receiving a phone and free service must submit an application. The application process helps us verify eligibility and assess the needs of each veteran, ensuring that the phones and services are distributed to those who will benefit most.
Phone sent out
Once the application is approved, the refurbished phone with active service is carefully packaged and sent out to the veteran. This final step ensures that veterans receive their phones promptly, allowing them to stay connected and access vital resources.
